Ps3 Problems connecting to Internet. Please help?
Every time I try to connect to Internet through my LAN i get the same problem. He said: "The attempt to obtain an IP address timed out." He still fails to obtain an IP address. Now I used the Internet, even before and has now stopped working. my internet is password protected, the WEP. i all, but always give the same problem. I have the MAC address and does not change anything. please help me?!?!
Try enabling encryption outside the exclusion, at least temporarily. I had trouble connecting wirelessly with my PS3, I think that due to distance and wireless signals that pass through several walls and a floor. I noticed that my stereo and components of the feed belt near PS3 gave me enough radiation to affect the wireless signal from the PS3. I do not want to spend my PS3 too, so I worked around them in the purchase of a router installing wireless DD-WRT on it, then it becomes a wireless client bridge. Not likely to go to that extreme. So basically: 1. Try Wireless encryption (WEP) 2. If you're still having problems, move your PS3 away from other electronic devices and power strips. A foot (12 inches) separation must be much 3 .. If all else fails, ask your questions once you have done and if something seems to help. The Ps3 Wireless Adapter is not that great. Many people have problems with it.
