Ps3 Fan Test?
Does anyone know if the 40gig ps3 fan test is safe?
This involves switching off the button holding down the eject button and t6hen switching it back on again but this only works on the 40gig ps3
Has anyone heard anything from sony seeing if this is safe?
Sony announced yesterday that it was okay to do so. It will run your fan for about 5 minutes on high. The result is having cleaner cell processors, the internal power source, ect. I do not have a 40gb, so I can not tell you from personal experience that it works, but it should.

Is there a infinite health cheat for Prototype (Ps3)?
the only cheat ive found where you push directions in the extras was for automatically unlocking BodySurf
Not as of yet, at least anywhere i’ve looked. But the game is still new so it needs a little time to be explored. In the extras the game does feature a cheats menu, so im sure one will pop up quite soon.

ps3 lens broken–is it safe to get the kes400a?

but i read something where people bought the actual disk drive because the drive wasn’t spinning….should i return the my purchase, or will it begin to spin again once the laser’s fixed? help! thank you
well i would suggest you cancel that order because once you open the PS3 you lose your warranty if you had the PS3 for less than a year then you can send it to Playstation they will fix it for free but if it is over a year then i would suggest you pay the $150 because if you mess it up Playstation will not take it even if you offer money to fix it they will reject the offer because you opened it and messed it up which means you will have to buy a new one for the $400 price

how to setup usb headset on ps3 for black ops?
I have black ops, and a rocketfish usb headset for ps3. And when I play black ops i hear the sound through the headset, but it doesn’t pick up the microphone. I already put it in, in the settings, but it doesnt pick it up
I have a metal gear headset on ps3 and it wasn’t picking it up at all after I’d synced it. The answer to your problem is:
go in to your ps3 menu. Go to settings and accessory setting then go to audio device settings. In this menu you will be able to manage all of your Bluetooth settings.

yes any computer USB keyboard will work and yes the ps3 slim has 2 USB ports
Wireless key boards come with a transmitter you plug in to the USB port so no it dose not have to be a blue tooth keyboard
