universal remote control that works through walls?
Earlier this year, we have created a hidden room in our crazy shit and it's great, but is a pain. The basic idea was that the receivers, players, and all the useless tiny closet next to the TV, the son and run through walls is fine, only problem is that there are two devices on whos distance to achieve through walls. We bought a set of extensions of RF, but not working because it is a system of shelves there and had no way to put the extension of the receiver against these devices. Basically, I need a universal remote control can send signals through walls without an extension. I know the technology is there because you can go out with a PS3 controller and continue working through three walls. Does anyone know of a good control, remotely accessible that way? We have now is crap, it has been programmed, but everything was good to change things from time to time, the codes would not work for the volume or channel for any reason.

I have Ubuntu 7.04 and try installing it on my PS3. I followed the instructions {Even in many different places} exactly, but I get a message saying "installation not found" {or something.} I did a "quick format "On my Ps3 Hard Drive and have allocated 10 GB of" Other OS. "HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!
Not sure about Ubuntu in the PS3, but from what I've read that the PS3 was originally designed for Linux YellowDog Press.
