Is it possible to remove the number from my credit card to my Xbox Live Account?

What capture card can be used for a PS3?
I have a PS3 and I really want to record my game. I need a capture card I live in Australia, saw a lot of capture cards on Ebay. Theres about 255 different styles and want to know what is right for me. I just want one that is easy to use just put in the PS3 when finished, then put it on the PC and then download youtube.
