5.1 surround, Ps3 Headphones with mic?
I have had these wireless sony headphones for a long time but their not that good and if their is no sound then after a while they switch off but make a really loud fuzzy noise. So i looked at turtle beach heaphones because i’ve heard people say alot of good things about them but are they a rip off? do you get your moneys worth? Should i look at a different company like logitech because i want 5.1 surround sound headphones with a mic for the ps3, wired or not wiredi dont mind. Any help?

I play cod 4, 5 and 6 alot (Call Of Duty) but would they support 5.1 because it would be a bummer if i waste extra money on an added feature.

Your best bet would be to go with the Turtle Beach PX21, great sound and features that no other headset company has for gaming such as microphone monitoring and chat boost. They are also cross functional with Xbox and the PC right out of the box:

how to setup usb headset on ps3 for black ops?
I have black ops, and a rocketfish usb headset for ps3. And when I play black ops i hear the sound through the headset, but it doesn’t pick up the microphone. I already put it in, in the settings, but it doesnt pick it up
I have a metal gear headset on ps3 and it wasn’t picking it up at all after I’d synced it. The answer to your problem is:
go in to your ps3 menu. Go to settings and accessory setting then go to audio device settings. In this menu you will be able to manage all of your Bluetooth settings.

Ps3 Logitech headset not working?
i had my logitech usb headset working fine i called the people from sony and they gave me little help i went to device settings and there i hear a little sound in the input output part i doubt my headset is broken because i use it on my pc to hear music all the time can anybody help i think i almost checked everything my hdmi cables etc does this logitech headset give problems i just need help.
my headset broke to for some reason idk why but i got a bluetooth now

Fuzz problem with the Ps3 Wireless bluetooth please help?
I just bought a wireless bluetooth for my ps3 today, easy installation and comfortable until i went online to play Rainbow six vegas 2 then i couldnt understand the players in the loby because of a fuzz. When i set up my headset in the menu i could hear myself properly, no problems at all.
I dont know what the problem is

did the patch for RSV2 come out yet? if it didn’t, then that means there is nothing wrong with your headset (not unless its doing that for every game that you have that allows you to have a headset)

Bluetooth can interfere with the signal strength of Wi-Fi?
