Will my laser damage if i place my Ps3 Slim without the stand vertical?
it doesnt need a stand if usee where i put it ,its very safe and secure for no one to knock it over and has ventilation space so it wont overheat.
DID U Know: did u ever notice that in wal-mart, eb games PS3 and Xbox are vertical? are they very durable?
Vertical standing is to reduce heat. It will not damage the system if you lay it down it can overheat faster but if you can keep it cool or if you have like a rack type stand that has holes underneath it won’t matter.

What is a good online multiplayer site with games like checkers and chess?
I want to find a site that lets me play games with other people in the world. Pimpernel.com doesn’t work on my computer anymore. Where can I play games like: Checkers, Reversi(Othello), Mancala and even Tetris.

I am new to COD:Black Ops PLEASE Help! (call of duty)?
Hey guys, I just started playing COD about a month ago. I played the special ops in MW2 and the campaign in BO (which kicked A**) ….
Now that I am done with those I mustered up the guts to go online and play multi mode.
I have downloaded the new map pack for BO and I have played a few death matches. As you can guess, I suck! lol I only get about 2 kills per match.
What do I study/research/learn first? If anyone would be kind enough to contact me so we can go over the basics that would be great!

Your best bet is to run a 1 on 1 if you can and maybe a self private match to explore the map. make hide spots and also do combat training. it really helps do it on hardened lol. you woulden’t know how much fun it is on nuketown tdm on veteran combat training with like the max players against one. i pwn them all when im fed up of multiplayer

How are people STILL buying PS3, don’t they know it is a flop system?
Haven’t they noticed that Sony has pulled advertising dollars from it and is doing a slow withdraw ever since Final Fantasy jumped ship?
Don’t people get that this thing is going to be the next Jaguar, 32X, or Virtual Boy? And that it will never be more than a shelf filler?
Why would people bother buying a system with such a tiny exclusive title list? And what’s up with a controller designed in the 90s?
Mark my words: 2010, the XBox v. 3.0 will be unveiled. When the system gets released, Sony will unveil their PS4 to cut into Microsoft’s sales and politely ignore the PS3 and their “10 year” promise.
First of all, microsoft has declared that they won’t release a new Xbox. they may release a new 360 version (ex. elite, premium). Also, PS3 is going great, gaining ground, adding more titles, and creating an itunes store style branch for playstation store where you will be able to buy, rent movies, songs, TV shows etc. People buy PS3 for its BD player (it still is too cheap for a BD player, plus it is a media/gaming center), people buy it because it has got a great CPU and GPU, it has got the best graphics, hot titles, free online services (unlike Xbox Live) and because their friends have got it and they want to play together:)
