Ps3 Controllers Disconnecting?
I am having problems with my PS3 controllers disconnecting while playing games. They are all fully charged and I am sitting within a short enough distance for them to link up. Once the controller disconnects I have to restart my PS3 for any of my controllers to register again. I have read a lot on this subject and a lot of people are saying that there might be an interference with the Bluetooth connectivity between the system and the controllers. I have electronic bug deterrents around my house(the ones that you plug in the wall and that send out an electrical signal to deterr the insects withing a square footage). My question is does anyone think that If i unplug them so there is no electronic signal going out in the air that my PS3 Controller issue will be solved because it will not interfere with the Bluetooth connectivity and signal between the system and the controllers?
Yeah, probably. They may be sending out interference, and most electronics will say something like (reading off my DSi here) “This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules and with Industry Canada RSS-210. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.”
Given that the bug repellers are kicking out electronic interference, they are most likely the cause of the problem. And I bet you anything your controllers are picking that up.
Ps3 Controller Wireless (Bluetooth) Setup on Windows 7
How can i pair a wireless device that uses a usb stick to be paired by ps3 if I’ve lost the usb?
I bought a tekken 6 limited edition about 2 yrs ago which came with a arcade style fight stick that was wireless the fight stick unit has nowhere to plug in cables so only way to pair it with the ps3 is to have the USB that came with the device. ive lost this and id like to use the fight stick but i dont know what the solution is

alternatively does anyone know of any affordable and reliable solutions? id like to be able to play marvel vs capcom and street fighte
The only way is to have the USB adapter to connect it. You should contact the manufacturer and find out if they have the USB adapters for sale separately. If not, then your only options are to find the adapter or get a whole new controller set or find an alternative, which I’m not sure what that would be as I don’t use those types of controllers.

A QUESTION ABOUT MODDING YOUR XBOX 360?
on live someone said that you dont need to put a modchip in your xbox 360 to download mods onto gta iv – they said all you need to do is hook up your xbox 360 to your pc then download your mods onto the game(but they didnt say how) – they said that a modchip was used to play games you normally couldnt play on the 360 like games for the ps3 and it was so you could play copied games… ok so i have 3 total questions…
1.) is it true that you can just hook up your xbox 360 to your pc and download mods onto your games?
and
2.) and if yes, could i do that with my toshiba laptop?
and
3.)if yes how would i set it up — like what wires would i need and everything?

Question 1: you can, but you need an xsata cable to transfer anything to your hard drive.
Question 2: It will work with any pc, as long as your OS can run the software.
Question 3: You’ll need an XSATA cable,the software to transfer the modded content, the modded files, and the game your gonna play.
Also, one big word of warning, any file that has been tampered with, can lead to XBL ban forever. Be very, very careful.

ps3 emulators question?
Anyway i have a 40 gig and was wondering about two things:
1. Is it possible for me to play my NES, SNES, PS2, Dreamcast, N64, and genesis games using emulators on yellow dog linux 6 running on my ps3?
2. Does anybody know of a LIVE DISC PS2 emulator for the 40 gig ps3 that i could download?
Theoretically you should be able to play NES, and SNES games on the Linux System of the PS3.
However, for the more advanced 3D consoles, you will have several Problems.
First, these Emulators are still in development, and a lot of things don’t work.
And most importantly, the Linux System runs in a Virtual Hardware Environment on the PS3, wich doesn’t allow Linux to use the 3D hardware accelleration.
So it would be unbearably slow to play 3D-heavy games from PS2, Dreamcast and N64.
Below is a website with some Linux Emulators. However how well they run on the PS3 is another question. Try for yourself what works best for you.
As for the Live PS2 Emulator disc: There is none.
Even if there were, it has to be a digitally signed PS3 program.
As with the consoles before, the PS3 has a very strict copy protection.
On the old consoles it was pretty easy to find out how the protection works, as everything was done on the hardware itself.
However on the PS3, the whole system runs in a virtual hardware environment, making it very difficult to find a way to run downloaded software.
So even if the PS2 Emulator disc would exist, you can’t download it and expect it to run.

Are Xbox Live code generators dangerous?
I tried to use the xbox live code generators but I get either a internel error 275 or a mswinsck error. But I have heard that they are dangerous because microsoft checks if your codes are valid. 
I tried to use one and it totally messed my computer up and when i fixed it, the code generator just did nothing. So i wouldn’t use them if i were you.
