By changing from the old monster box design to the new slimmer model, Sony appears to resolved the issue but owners of the old system don’t want to pay or can’t afford the upgrade. I mean if it gamers are getting the goods from the old system why upgrade.
While the question will always be debated, every gamer should take the time to learn at least some PS3 troubleshooting. Game consoles aren’t just game consoles anymore, they are multimedia centers that provide us with a wide range of entertainment. As a console owner, you need to be able to spot problems as they arise and where you need to go for maintenance. Better graphics contained by the long run??
1. NO FANBOY CRAP PLEASE!! 2. NO SPAM FOR A FREE XBOX OR PS3!! Okay so who do you think will? I be a sign of if Sony can pack more stuff into a blu-ray disc, it does not mean better graphics. It of late means more level can be on a game. And soon, Microsoft is any going to get blu-ray from Sony, or they are going to net up their own disc contraption. But I think that downloaded games is where on earth everybody is going. And for the graphics now… you own to admit they are rather better on the Xbox 360 than they are on the PS3. I was thinking of varying over to the PS3, but I looked at all of the games and they seem kinda “dark-futuristic-warish games”. So I decided to stick near Xbox with the au fait great graphic games. So what is your input on this event? I want to hear from all sides… except for Wii. And no offense be intended to the PS3 or the Xbox 360 above.

Bought a “New Factory Sealed” activity from Ebay, have some issues.?
Well, Sunday I ordered a hard to find “New & Factory Sealed” PS2 winter sport from Ebay from a person next to good ratings. I undo the plastic wrap and notice here isn’t that top “seal” that’s usually on most new games that prevents the suitcase from opening, I also notice the top right part of the box have some scratched and slight dents. I thought it was probably slight blight caused via shipping and open the game. The Game book & disk be there and looked fine. I put the activity into my PS2 and it worked, but everything was slightly distorted contained by the game for a bit, after went to how it should look, next went support to distortion, repeat forever. Also when scrolling through menus in the winter sport it would cause a dash of distortion to run accross the screen. After cleaning it the usual jagged distorion go away but the menu distortion and whenever a chat box appears in the lower moved out screen it distorts and looks unusual. What should I do, the game is supposedly “new” and have issues with distortion…

Bricked PSP!!?
i was tryning to catch devhook to work with my psp and in a minute it WILL NOT TURN ON ANYMORE! I dont know what happened!! it wont even turn on next to the ac cord 
well the green bedside light comes on for about 5 or 10 secs after just cuts past its sell-by date my ms’s wont read or anything…… i actually CRIED for in the region of 3 mins over this, I have not have my psp a mothn and have spent COUNTlESS hours customizing it getting everythingto work and in a minute THIS! plzzz someone help me…. if it matter or helps any i be using 3.90m33-3. i was emulate 1.50 (installed with timemachine) and be trying to get devhook to work. the program would run and everything but when i wouldtry to run my involve for speed iso it would freeze right there. i tried it a coupla times to no avail. after i tried to just boot up and the blind was blank but the ms lantern was on flshing swiftly and i did not know what to do so…eventually i took out the ms while it was reading.. but i dont see how this could own bricked my psp!??!?!?

Hi there, I moved house a moment or two while ago and have in recent times recently re-setup my wii, one and only to find that the wiimote doesn’t work. I have tried to re-sync it and own changed the batteries, but still in attendance is now power at adjectives. When I try to turn it on not even the lights flash. Broken xbox 360?
i have an xbox 360 that turns on fine, but when you plug it within to the tv you only procure audio and no video i made sure it was pluged surrounded by all the style and then tried a different port on the tv, and after even tried another set of cables but it still does not work i also made sure it be not on hdtv when im using regular 480i any suggestions on fixing the xbox? i just involve to know if there is a section i need to buy specificly i can fix it myself

Ps3 Console – Great Console System
After weighing both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 Console, I purchased the 80Gb PS3 Console.
Word of advice: There are a LOT of people out there lauding why one particular console is the greatest, and denigrating another system. For anyone also weighing a decision between consoles, decide which fits your needs best — the features you want, the games you would enjoy, etc. There is no “one true console” — just depends on what you want out of it. As long as you do your research, and stick to the console that fits your needs, you’ll be happy.
The PS3 Console is a pretty great system. I won’t recap all the features, but I will say that the system runs very quiet, looks wonderful, and feels comfortable. As a gaming system, the game selection has improved in the past two years. As an entertainment system, I have been using the PS3 Console in conjunction with the PlayOn media server software (purchased separately) to stream internet video content (films, tv) from sites such as Netflix, Hulu, CNN.com, etc., to my living television It all looks great.
To sum it up, the PS3 Console is a classy game console system with lots of multimedia features that fit my needs, and I’m very pleased with it.
PS3 Console Seemingly Unappreciated
What PS3 Console patrons and potentials must realize is that the PS3 Console (as you already may have known) is the best blu-ray player on the market since conception to date.
Not to mention, the PS3 Console (as you also may have already known) plays, you guessed it, video games. At 720p, 1080i, and 1080p, depending on the game, and PS3 Console uses a HDMI interface, a fiber optic audio output, wireless USB controllers, etc to the superior technology the X360 does not possess.
No offense to the X360 because I also have one and enjoy it very much. But you CANNOT compare the two in terms of technology. Voice your opinion, but stick with the facts. If you feel the need to compare the two, do your thing. But realize that when you compare a PS3 Console to a X360, the former soars far above the latter. Component cables offer only 480p on HD for the X360, and uses batteried wireless controllers and DVD data discs only for video games and movies.
The one thing X360 has on the PS3 Console: The Halo franchise (which is why I have a X360).
